Application are invited from male candidates belonging to Orissa, Andhra Pradesh States and Andman Nicobar Islands for te posts of Constables (General Duty) in BSF on temporary basis:

State wise vacancies released / notified, which may vary/alter on administrative reasons, are as under:

ORISSA: 374 Posts(GC-188, SC-60, ST-82, OBC-44)

ANDHRA PRADESH: 1040 Posts(GC-520, SC-166, ST-73, OBC-281)

ANDAMAN & NICOBAR ISLANDS: 02 Posts(GC-01, OBC-01)

Age: Maximum 23 Years

Qualification: Minimum Matric Or equivalent from a recognized State/ Central Education Board

Application Fees: Postal Order or DD for Rs. 50/- only in respect of Gen & OBC candidates drawn in favour of IG BSF SB payable at SBI Service Branch Kolkata Code No. 8554(A/C payee Draft will not be accepted) and GPO Kolkata in case of postal order.
